Corridor Mural at St Peter’s Anglican College
Year 12 students at St Peter’s Anglican College in Broulee decided to leave a lasting gift to their school in the form of a mural. They invited the mural artist HAPPY DECAY to lead a workshop and collaborate with the students on the creation and painting of the mural.
The mural’s design is inspired by the local landscape, featuring prominent landmarks such as Broulee Island, Canedaliagan Creek, Mossy Point, and the northern end of Broulee Beach.
This artwork aims to ignite the imagination of all students, from junior to senior levels. Located between two new buildings along a long concrete pathway, the mural’s vibrant colours will help soften the industrial feel of the surroundings, enhancing the overall environment.
